Operations
With a state-of-the-art Network Operation Centre in Backnang, Germany, Satlynx’s experienced engineers and technicians manage both shared and customer networks. Operations at this centre are conducted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and using leading edge management tools Satlynx is able to deliver a high quality of service with minimal disruption. Backup operation centres are also operated in Betzdorf, Luxembourg and Prague, Czech Republic to ensure a high quality of service.
They hold network licences in many countries and together with a significant base of service providers means that they are able to rapidly deploy customer networks when and wherever they are required.
