About iDirect
Established in 1994, iDirect Technologies was founded by innovators in satellite data transmission. The company first dedicated itself to the development of satellite modems for VPN applications. In 1998, the company released the DAMA NetModem Broadband Router, strategically enhancing the company's technology offerings to address the Internet and related broadband services. Later, iDirect Technologies launched the NetModem II product line and quickly followed up with the introduction of its advanced Hub chassis solutions.
Today, iDirect Technologies provides its two-way broadband IP access over satellite solution through a channel distribution strategy employing a worldwide network of service providers and network operators.

iDirect provides its customers with a scalable private network solution where the QoS can be predefined and established. QoS can be assigned by traffic type, origin and destination, and can also be assigned a percentage of the bandwidth. In addition, available CIR (Committed Information Rate) capability allows the customer to plan the needed bandwidth in advance to make certain that all VoIP calls are of the highest quality. iDirect’s platform supports H.323 or SIP compliant VoIP solutions.
